Is Hand2Note (H2N) allowed from Pokerstars?
Yes! However some functions of H2N are disabled because of the Restrictions of Pokerstars on.
Those functions are for example a Preflop or Postflop Diagram (Range Heatmaps) or a dynamic HUD.
Is H2N a free Program?
H2N offers a free Version which includes the basic functionality of a HUD, Popup usage and creating and Session Displays. However, Advanced Functions are available in their Packages – Edge, Pro and Asia.
Is H2N supported by Mac OS X?
Not yet. However this is planned in their upcoming new version H2N 4.
If you cant wait for the release, I recommend to use Parallels or Bootcamp to launch Windows and H2N.
Which Pokerrooms are supported?
Dozens of Pokerrooms are supported with Hand2Note. Look here.

I just purchased, when is the delivery?
Most of the time the delivery of the products is within one or two hours. However, the delivery outside of our business times take maximum one day for a delivery. Feel free to contact us immediately after 24 hours.

I am unsure about a product, can I have a trial version?
We offer trial versions with a length of seven days.
However, if you dont like our Product, you may return it within 14 days and you will get a refund.

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on our HUDs, Grind-Popups and Stats related to non Analytic Products.
When a product is tagged as a product for “Analysis”, then there are no refunds.
